OUR WINES

Our bodega is over 20 years old, but has been carefully modernised over time to meet today’s food safety standards.
We work with reliable, well-maintained equipment, including gentle destemming, stainless steel (inox) tanks for fermentation and storage, and a semi-automatic bottling line. Alongside this, our cellar provides the right conditions for the wines to rest and develop.
The majority of our wines are distributed through our Belgian company, La Canetana, based in Puurs.
We follow organic principles in our work, without the use of additives. We have chosen not to pursue official certification, as this approach is, for us, simply the natural and obvious way to make wine.
