Even though our bodega is already 20 years old, it has been completely adapted to the latest food and safety regulations.
We have access to all modern techniques for de-stemming our grapes, we have inox fermentation- and storing tanks, a semi-automatic bottling machine as well as a well-maintained cellar to store bottles and barrels.
The sale of our wines mainly goes through our Belgian distribution-company La Canetana, located in Puurs, Belgium.
We make our wines according to bio-norms, without any additives. However, we have forsaken the bio-label because we see this approach as entirely natural and obvious.
