Rosado Monastrell & Garnacha Tinta
Harvested in 2024. The grapes underwent a cold pre-maceration before destemming. The Garnacha Tinta and Monastrell grapes then macerated on their skins for several hours before the juice was gently bled off to produce this rosé.
Fermentation lasted 13 days in stainless steel tanks. Bottled on 16 February 2025. Total production: 650 litres, resulting in approximately 850 bottles of 0.75 L.

This rosé was made using a saignée of Monastrell and Garnacha Tinta. After destemming, the grapes macerated on their skins for several hours before the juice was gently bled off to produce this rosé.

In the glass
This wine shows a salmon-pink colour with a clear and bright appearance.
On the nose, aromas of red fruit and cherry gradually open up with medium intensity.
The palate is smooth and rounded, with fresh acidity, fruit character, and a noticeable minerality.
The finish brings back notes of fruit with well-integrated freshness.
